Items ship within 1 business day, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping service will ship by the least cost carrier for the item dimensions and weight, with a delivery time of 2-7 business days. Please see below for the shipping services used for each category of shipment.

Items Below 1lb

USPS First Class Package Service (2-6 Business Days for Delivery)

Items 1lb to 1lb 15 oz

USPS Priority Mail (2-5 Business Days for Delivery)

Items 2lbs or More

USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (2-7 Business Days for Delivery, Depending on Carrier)

Oversize or Heavy Items

Freight may apply. Items for which Freight applies will be specified in the product listing. Due to the nature of these type of shipments, shipping will need to be determined on a purchase by purchase basis and invoiced to the buyer. 

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping service will ship by Priority Mail Express.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping service is available on select items. When Free Shipping is offered, items will ship via Standard Shipping. 

Combined Shipping Charges

If you are purchasing multiple items and would like to combine shipping, we may be able to offer you discounted shipping. Please contact customerservice@shopvegasmerch.com for additional information. 

Special Requests

We are unable to handle any special requests for handling or packaging of items for shipment.

Standard Returns Items

Items which are found to be defective may be returned for a period of 30 days. A full refund of the original purchase price will be issued on receipt of the defective item in original condition. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping charges. Return shipping charges may be refunded at our discretion in cases where items are found to be defective or were shipped in error. Returned items must include all original packaging, parts, accessories, documentation, and other items included in the sale in order for a refund to be issued. Serial numbers must be present, un-tampered, and match original sales record. Consumable items and software products may only be returned if unopened. Items that are returned incomplete, in a different condition than sent, or that do not exhibit the defects described when opening a return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

AS-IS/No Returns Items

Items marked AS-IS/No Returns are not returnable for any reason. All sales are final. Clearance and For Parts items are always sold AS-IS/No Returns. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be honored.

If you would like to return an item, please contact Customer Service(customerservice@shopvegasmerch.com). In your e-mail please provide your order information, reason for the return, and a description of any problems you may be having with the item. If the item has been received damaged, please provide photographs of the item detailing the damage as well as the packaging the item was received in. Returns will only be processed with prior authorization. Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item, typically within 3-5 business days.

Buyers agree to assist Vegas Merch in obtaining photographs, videos, affidavits, and other documentation as required to process insurance claims for items lost or damaged in shipment. Vegas Merch is not responsible for losses incurred due to theft, acts of nature, or incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

By completing your purchase, you agree to hold Vegas Merch free of any liability for damages beyond the original invoiced purchase price. All terms & conditions of this agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with, and all rights hereunder and thereunder and provisions hereof and thereof shall be governed by, the laws of the State of Nevada without reference to the principles of choice of law thereof.

All brands, names, logos, and trademarks remain property of their respective owners. Vegas Merch does not warrant or represent itself as an authorized retailer or distributor of any brand or trademark other than Vegas Merch itself.

Original product warranties cannot be guaranteed and may exist solely at the discretion of the product manufacturer, even for items in original sealed packaging. 

Vegas Merch may collect personally identifiable information(cookies) through the normal operation of the website. We do not collect information for sale to third party organizations. From time to time, you may receive promotional or other information from Vegas Merch as necessary to complete an order or to communicate product promotions to you.

You may elect to opt-out from these communications at any time. Please send your request to customerservice@shopvegasmerch.com and specifically mention your e-mail address and that you would like to be removed from any future mailings.
